Exchange & Return Policy:
Kindly note that all exchanges and returns are accepted only after the customer informs us of any issue within seven days of delivery.
In case of a size issue or if the wrong product is received, you can raise an exchange request within seven days of the product’s delivery (including the day of delivery).
We can exchange the product with another size or the correct product of the same value. There are no extra charges, and we can arrange a reverse pickup.
If the value of the new exchange product is higher, then the price difference must be paid online.
The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and be adequately packed to avoid damage during transit. Without this, the exchange will not be processed.
We provide refunds only in genuine cases of defective product delivery and on no other grounds. In such cases, please email our customer support team at olidaa.corp@gmail.com with your order details, the nature of the issue, and photographs of the defective product.
In exceptional cases where a return is accepted (no delivery issue and the correct order is delivered), ₹100 will be deducted from the refund. This deduction is for reverse pickup logistics due to increased shipping costs.
Refunds will be processed to the same bank account from which the payment was made or to an account you provide.
Please note: T-shirt colours and designs may slightly vary from what is displayed on our website, social media pages, or advertisements.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for minor variations in colour or design.
If, upon verification, it is found that the defect occurred due to customer actions or omissions, we will not be liable to issue a refund.
Tip: Do not accept packages that appear damaged at the time of delivery to avoid potential issues.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our policy criteria.
Only one exchange/return request will be processed per order.
Important Notes:

Any product that has been used or washed even once is not eligible for exchange or refund.

Products bought during a sale or with a discount code are not eligible for refunds.

Free exchanges are allowed for size issues, but no refunds will be provided for size-related concerns.
